The No Excuses Do Anywhere Workout

We all get strapped for time and can’t always make it to the gym. But don’t skip your workout. Do this circuit that’ll take less than 20 minutes to complete. It’s a simple, full body workout that'll get your sweat on. No equipment needed. You can even knock it out in your lounge or hotel room.

The Workout

  1. Do a 2-minute cardio warm up (jumping jacks, high knees, etc.) and 5 controlled reps of each exercise below to grease the groove.
  2. Do 100 reps (decrease if needed) each of the following exercises in any number of sets (e.g., 4 sets of 25 reps, 10 sets of 10 reps, whatever).
    • Push ups
    • Air squats
    • Mountain climbers
    • Sit ups
  3. Take minimal (less than 30 seconds) to no rest between exercises. Adjust rest periods as needed to fit your fitness level, but aim to move through the circuit quickly.
  4. Maintain form on all exercises.

That’s it! Short and sweet. Now you can get on with your day and pat yourself on the back for getting a workout in.
