Losing weight is not about going crazy and restricting yourself for a few months, only to return to your old ways. Transforming your body and health is a journey. It won't happen overnight. You'll transform your body by building habits and skills that become second nature. Just like brushing your teeth (at least I hope you're doing this). Put simply, instead of focusing on a number ('I want to lose 30, 50, 100 lbs'), we focus on building the habits (like eat whole foods 80% of the time, move regularly, etc.) that will get you to your goal. Not a one size fits all approach. You'll get exercise programs, nutritional advice, and lifestyle coaching tailored to your needs and goals.


Custom Exercise Program

Based on exercises you enjoy. Can be done with or without a gym. We'll make this fun while building an amazing, functional body.

30 Minute Weekly Coaching Sessions

Can be done from anywhere over Skype or the phone. Covers fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle. I'll guide, give feedback, make adjustments, and provide support and accountability. Take whatever you need.


Online Platform

Everything in one place. Access from your phone or computer. Includes habits and lessons, messaging system, results tracking, exercise programs, videos, and more. At the end of the program, you get a copy of all our work together.

Habit-Based System

You'll get simple habits and lessons to build life skills. At the end of the program, you'll have a blueprint for success.

Coaching Prices

The amount of coaching you'll need will depend on how much weight you'd like to lose. We'll work this out during your free initial consultation. Prices for 3, 6, and 12 month programs are listed below. But you're not locked into these. There's a 3 month minimum commitment to give us time to build your new body. But outside of that, programs can be any length. Whatever length you choose, all programs include the same high-level support and benefits to optimise your life.

  • $310 CAD per month for the 3 month program.
  • $290 CAD per month for the 6 month program.
  • $270 CAD per month for the 12 month program.
