How I'll Get You There

You'll get a completely customised exercise program that's updated as you transition from newbie to Jedi Knight. I'll make sure you're moving right, eating correctly, and making lifestyle changes that will get you results. I'll be there to coach you along the way. You'll have support and accountability. We'll collect basic data every month to make sure things are working. All the details are taken care of. During our sessions, we'll focus on proper form and progression. You'll work on fun and creative exercises that develop all round awesomeness!

Nuts and Bolts of Personal Training

Personal training starts with a free 1-hour consultation to discuss your goals. We'll also do some basic functional movement screens. We'll then map out a plan and determine how many sessions you'll need. From there, we'll work 1-on-1 to transform your body and get you results fast. Sessions are run out of Club16 Trevor Linden Fitness located downtown Vancouver.

1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions

1 hour or 30 minute sessions.


I keep things simple. There are no minimum purchases, contracts, or complicated packages. The number of sessions you'll need are determined based on your goal. We'll chat about this during your initial, obligation free consultation. If we don't hit it off, no hard feelings.

Single Session Rates

  • $80 per hour session
  • $40 per half hour session

Package Rates

  • $70 per hour when you purchase 10+ sessions

Online Personal Training Rates
